Was ist anders? What is different?

The Taiji Academy has focused its research on the practice of the breathing pattern Taiji(FriederAnders:AtemtypTaiji®). The theory of the individual breathing pattern takes account of the Taiji learner’s breathing pattern. It is the basis for the successful execution of each individual exercise.
When you come to a free introductory Taiji session we of course identify your breathing pattern as well as offering you your first experience of Taiji exercises.
The Taiji school combines the traditional Chinese teaching method with Western educational principles in one integrated practice and is scientifically supervised by the Taiji Academy.
We introduce learners to the authentic Taiji of the Yang family tradition, proceeding from the “form”, the classic sequence of movements, in the basic course, leading to intermediate, advanced and master courses if desired.
